| Breed in: | Nests in trees, usually 3–10 m above ground. The nest is cup-shaped, made of fine grass, bark strips, and cobwebs. Clutch size is 2–3 eggs, incubated primarily by the female, with both parents feeding the young. |
| Habitat: | Prefers open forests, forest edges, gardens, plantations, and wooded urban areas. Often seen in the canopy, feeding or calling conspicuously. |
